LG LX9500 3DTV

They're saying it's the world's first full LED 3D TV, and while it's launching in Korea first, it'll be available in the US and Europe in "early May" in 47 and 55-inch models. This is the set which first leaked back in February, after LG accidentally shared its roadmap on Google Documents. It's slightly different to the LH9500 series, with a touted 10,000,000:1 contrast ratio and LG technologies including TruMotion 400Hz, Pictured Wizard II, Spot Control, Infinite Sound, Clear Voice II and Intelligent Sensor, to highlight a few.

This idea is still cool, but it is very pricey. I would want one if I had enough money.

Nintendo 3DS

Nintendo Japan has announced that they will present the newest portable console, the Nintendo 3DS, in June. The new handheld will offer 3D viewing without glasses. This is cool because you don't even need glasses. I don't think I will get it because they keep coming out with new ones.

CITRUS Internal memory soccer ball

This soccer ball has its own internal positioning system. That is pretty cool. The CTRUS C1 avoids these mistakes thanks to an internal positioning system that would keep track of the ball at all times. The ball will also change color depending on its position and the game situation (like getting red during a dangerous free kick.

Paladin XLC Gaming PC

The new liquid-cooled Paladin XLC gaming PCs from iBuypower come loaded with Intel Core i7 980X Extreme Edition processors, 12GB of DD3 memory, a maximum of 1 terabyte of storage, and Blu-ray. They start at $2,159. This would probably go really fast and it looks really cool.

Commodore 64

This keyboard has its own disk drive. That is pretty cool, but not too useful. I think it is a decent idea.

Razer DeathAdder Left Handed Gaming Mouse

A mirrored version of the DeathAdder, it's got the same 3500dpi sensor with 1000hz polling, braided cabling, and five programmable buttons. This is pretty cool because its the first left handed gaming mouse.

Powermat Portable 2X

Powermat already makes a portable, tri-fold version of their induction charger. But it's only a bit portable, as you have to plug the thing in. Their latest Powermat is loaded with a lithium ion battery so you can charge anywhere. This is cool you can charge multiple phones at once without plugging them in.

Panasonic 3D TV

It costs 2500 dollars and is 50 inches. It is really cool. After seeing it at CES, there was little doubt. The 50-inch Panasonic TC-P50VT20 wouldn't just be among the first 3DTVs on the market, it would be among the best. The first two reviews are in, and they are glowing

Tron Movie Billboard

This latest Tron Legacy billboard, while not technically wallpaper-formatted, crops and stretches beautifully, even on a 24-inch screen. I have never really been into Tron, but it seems to be pretty cool.

Wireless iPhone charging pad

This case costs 100 dollars. It is a pretty cool idea because its a wireless charger.

Almost perfect. In our previous tests, wireless iPhone charging usually came by way of an ugly charging pad and an ugly case. In this instance, Case-mate's charging pad is elegant and compact, but its iPhone case is really something. I'd say it's one of the very few cases that make the iPhone look better than it does naked. (That's high praise for me, a guy who never uses cases.)

Sony's 3D glasses

Alongside Sony's upcoming 3D-capable LCD sets, the company has announced standalone shutter glasses and an infrared emitter to drive them. They cost about 133 dollars and that would be a lot of money for a family of 4 or more. I guess it would be really cool, but it is expensive.

Phantom Camera 1000 FPS

The price may be about 117,500 dollars.
This is really cool because it shows every single frame. I love slow motion things like this Phantom Camera. 1000 FPS is amazing. There is a video on it here:

Apple sues HTC

Whoa, Apple just sued HTC for infringing on 20 patents "related to the iPhone's user interface, underlying architecture and hardware." UPDATE: The patents Apple's claiming are incredible. We've got both full filings below. And HTC's comment. They're surprised too!
I wonder what they were sued on. I hope this doesn't mess up any new phones.

Robot actors

His creators, Engineered Arts, have made him completely self-supporting, with his torso capable of bending and turning, his arms able to move about, and even basic facial gestures performed. He is powered by compressed air, with the control system sitting in his torso along with the air valves that help him move. This is kinda creepy... too many robots.
